Install and configure Elastix

• Linux: Elastix may be available from distribution
• Download from https://github.com/SuperElastix/elastix/releases and install

Open Registration dialog (R button on main window's left toolbar) and enter path to elastix executable

• Windows: runtime DLLs may be required
